Listing Assistant is a browser plugin for users whose job is copying data from one system to another. It's exclusively used by data entry contractors for Zillow.

The problem

There is a large number of data fields users need to copy and paste, and they need to find and copy the right data and paste it into the right field.

The solution

We grouped the data fields by category, following the order of the system structure so it's easier for users to find the correct data. We provided a clear progress indicator and made information collapsable to reduce cognitive load.
