All icons in this theme are SVG format and converted to face-fonts. You can change size, color as you need without losing quality. It reduces loading time. The icon fonts are created via icomoon.io.
Using JavaScript to replace all the images with double sized image
The code finds the first dot in the image name and replaces it with myimage@2x.
